Under ideal conditions, InstaCasa expects the set-up of a standard modular unit to take no more than 3 or 4 hours. Obviously the time required for multiple units will be longer … non-standard set-ups will have been discussed, planned and budgeted for at the ordering stage.
InstaCasa’s obligations for set-up are limited to the installation/erection of only the unit itself, as well as connecting water and electricity should they be available at time of delivery.
All other aspects to make the unit liveable, such as beds, other furniture, whitegoods, etc … are the responsibility of the client, including construction of and connection to septic tanks for waste and/or drainage (assuming the unit’s use requires such ancillary infrastructure).
